Refund and Cancellation Policies

Thank you for your purchase. If you need to cancel your purchase, we are here to help.
  1. If you request a refund within 24 hours of your purchase, you will be fully refunded.
  2. If you request a refund up to 48 hours prior to the start of the exam or training, you will be refunded 50% of the cost of training/testing.
    3. EXCEPTION: For DELF/DALF you will be refunded 50% of the cost of training/testing if you request a refund up to 7 days prior to the start of course or testing/exam.
  3. There is no refund if we are advised less than less than 48 hours before the start of the exam or training.
