From Microsoft Office Suite to Google Suite, we offer trainings in several software programs. Our instructors are industry professionals who will teach you tips and advanced features.

For all Microsoft courses, you will need access to the program you’ve registered for. For Google Suite, you will need a Gmail/Google account.

Word I

Word I targets people who have basic computer literacy and want to produce simple Word documents.

The focus of the course is on formatting and the use of tables in documents. The course format places emphasis on doing hands-on, practical work with the basic formatting tools available in Word.

Word II

Prerequisite: Word I

Word II requires familiarity with the principles of Word I and targets people who have a strong basic knowledge of formatting Word documents.

The focus of the course is on advanced formatting, document design and the use of images/objects in documents. The course format places emphasis on doing hands-on, practical work with advanced tools available in Word.

Excel I

Excel I targets people who have basic computer literacy and want to produce simple Excel worksheets.

The focus of the course is on formatting, using the built-in functions and calculations, as well as common charts. The course format places emphasis on doing hands-on, practical work with the core tools available in Excel.

Excel II

Prerequisite: Excel I

Excel II requires familiarity with the principles of Excel I and targets people who have strong basic knowledge of working with Excel.

The focus of the course is using the full range of functions including logic and statistical, conditional formatting and 3D references. The course format places emphasis on doing hands-on, practical work with advanced tools available in Excel.

PowerPoint

PowerPoint is Microsoft’s presentation software. Participants will learn not only the tools in the software, such as templates, animations, and transitions, but will also be given training on presentation design for both in person and automated scenarios.

Prerequisite: Excel I

Access I targets people who desire to learn about features on Microsoft Access. The course format emphasizes basic database tasks. Participants will explore and apply core concepts such as tables, queries and reports.

Google drive

Google Drive

Prerequisite: Excel I

Google Drive targets participants seeking to get basic knowledge of sharing, using and creating documents on Google Drive. This software allows multiple participants to work on the same file at the same time, all while using different devices.
